Hi, I'm Joanne, a digital designer based in Glasgow, specialising in UX/UI, web design, and branding.
I create thoughtful digital experiences that combine user needs, visual storytelling, and usability. Over the past six years, I've worked across branding, web design, and digital experiences for luxury whisky brands, e-commerce businesses, and freelance clients. These roles have strengthened my collaborative, user-centred approach to design and given me experience delivering projects from early concepts through to launch.
I'm particularly interested in accessibility and inclusive design because I believe good design should work for everyone. After completing a Professional Diploma in UX Design, I've continued to develop my skills in creating intuitive, evidence-based experiences that balance user needs with business goals.
Outside of design, I enjoy attending creative workshops in Glasgow, printmaking, painting, and birdwatching. I find inspiration in activities that take me away from the screen and bring a fresh perspective to my creative work.
